Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order then please call our customer service team as soon as possible on +44 (0) 1275 815200 to discuss your options. New orders can pass through our system for dispatch within 15 minutes and they cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by our warehouse.
